| Bio: | My name is Martin White. I am a London-based musician and comedian. Best known for murdering pop songs on BBC2 and as part of the successful variety show The Book Club. Slightly less well-known as a member of pirate-pop combo Scarlet's Well and even less well-known than that as a purveyor of solo albums that combine wonky accordion instrumentals, pretty settings of Victorian poetry and very silly comedy songs. I have recently started doing gigs under the name The Mystery Fax Machine Orchestra, which is basically me doing original material backed by a small orchestra whom I have blackmailed into doing my bidding. |
